The CASTRO CHARETTE HAS COME BACK TO THE NEIGHBORHOOD

welcome to CAPA
CASTRO AREA PLANNING + ACTION is a member-based organization addressing particular areas
of interest to the community. These areas include:
- Housing
- Economic Development
- Safety
- Gay & Lesbian Visibility
- Transportation, Traffic & Parking
- Neighborhood Institutions
- Services and
- General Planning
There are currently over 100 members of CAPA. Funding
comes from membership dues ($15 per year) and from our on-going
series of lectures, forums, and tours about the history of the neighborhood and
other topics of interest to residents, merchants, and visitors.
CAPA is a project of the San Francisco
Foundation Community Initiative Funds.
